Return and Refund Policy

Bath & Body Works accepts eligible returns within 30 days after delivery for customers in Canada.

Eligible products

Returns are accepted for defective and non-defective products. Products must be new, unused, and returned with their original packaging and included components.

Return method and label

Returns are handled by mail. After a return is approved, the customer may download and print the return label provided by customer service.

Return cost

There is no restocking fee. Approved eligible returns within Canada include free return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Refund processing normally takes 5-10 business days depending on the payment provider. For Google Merchant Center settings, use 10 days.
